By using this website or engaging Calls Saved's services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the service.

The service

Calls Saved provides automated text message and email follow-up, scheduling, and review-request messaging on behalf of local garage door repair and installation businesses. We also operate this website, which collects inquiries from prospective customers through its forms and booking calendar.

Accounts and eligibility

The service is intended for business use by garage door repair and installation companies and their authorized representatives. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to sign up for the service.

Fees and billing

The service is billed monthly, in advance, at the prices published on this site or as quoted to you directly. A one-time setup fee applies where noted for your plan.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.

Customer responsibilities

If you use the service for your business, you are responsible for providing accurate business information, using the service lawfully, obtaining any consents required from your own customers before we contact them on your behalf, and honoring opt-out requests promptly.

SMS program terms

The text messaging program operated through the service is named Calls Saved. Messages sent through this program may include missed-call responses, lead follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, review requests, and occasional seasonal offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive these text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data ownership

The contact list built from your customers' information belongs to you, and you can request an export of it at any time by contacting us.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, to contact anyone who has not consented to be contacted, or in any way that violates applicable telemarketing, texting, or data protection laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, misuse the messaging program, or fail to pay fees when due. You may terminate by canceling as described above.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific amount of revenue, leads, or results from using the service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
